solution for browsing after FUP(any network provider)

I know how frustrating it will be as soon as the fup data got over and speed lowers to 60kbps(as claimed by isp) but IV seen that we only get 6kbps-9kbps,that's too low even to send a WhatsApp message.
If u are frustrated about this problem with isp ,don't worry now u are at the right place.
Here is a simple trick all android phone users can do to speed up the browsing and whatsapp / hike /Facebook speed after fup...
Actually this won't increase speed but you will be able to browse with 6kbps by setting up ur phone for that
.

STEPS:
1. DISABLING BACKGROUND DATA
*go to setting
*go to data usage tab
*click options button
*restrict background data

By doing this u can also play YouTube videos @144 resolution with some buffer.

Even after this to browse on chrome u need to setup chrome for that

Steps:
*open chrome
*click options button
*go to settings
*go to data saver
* enable it




It's done..
Now u can browse/send msg/chat/ without any problem
But u get it in slow speeds
The chatting speed is fast not uploading /dloading picz.
