Flashing is an old process unroot ur mini without loosing any data
Simple just read tutorial and follow

1)download and copy unroot galaxy mini.zip at bottom of the page
2) switch off your phone
3) hold home button and power button at a time
4) navigate using volume buttons an select using home button
5) select install zip from sd card
6) select unroot galaxy mini .zip
7) that's over ur mini is un rooted
